Record Participation at the Riding Tournament in Laufen

On Saturday, September 20, 2025, 18 athletes from seven cantons impressively demonstrated their skills at the Special Olympics riding tournament in Laufen.

The participants competed in two categories: CS – Secured Walk and CI – Independent Walk. They mastered both trail and dressage tasks, judged by experienced Swiss Equestrian dressage judges. The highlight was the team relay competition of the CS group and the award ceremony with Alessia Jeker, Swiss Champion Dressage Pony, who presented the medals.

Thanks to dedicated coaches, reliable horses, and the support of the Laufen and surrounding riding club, the tournament was an all-around successful event.
