What an impressive event! The Regional Games in Rapperswil Jona were once again a highlight full of emotions, top athletic performances, and great encounters. 14 sports groups with around 200 athletes and coaches from all regions of Switzerland were there and competed in the disciplines of Football, Tennis, and Boccia. In addition, 6 children and young people got to know our movement in a playful way during the Discovery Day and were able to try out various sports. With an atmospheric performance by the dance duo, who were part of Team Switzerland at the World Winter Games Turin 2025, the Games came to a worthy conclusion.
A huge thank you to the unique organizing committee, all helpers, partners, and fans – and of course, to our athletes, who shone with enthusiasm and sportsmanship!
The next Regional Games in Rapperswil are already planned. They will be held in 2027 and will last for two days.
