As part of the Disability Rights Action Days, the Uster Judo Club offered a varied judo weekend: The International Special Olympics Judo Tournament took place on June 8/9, uniting more than 100 participants from 8 countries. The event started on Friday with a welcome training session, and on Saturday, a round of the National League A took place simultaneously with the Special Olympics Mix Mix Team competition. After a joint training session for judokas with and without disabilities between the ages of 4 and 75, the teams took turns on the mat, which led to wonderful encounters. Finally, on Sunday, the largest annual Special Olympics tournament was on the program.
