Globetrotter Extends Collaboration with Special Olympics Switzerland

The travel company Globetrotter Travel Service AG has extended its collaboration with Special Olympics Switzerland until 2027 and is looking forward to continuing to be the official travel partner of Special Olympics Switzerland. “Globetrotter Travel Service has been shaping a culture for years where the most diverse people come together and develop into a strong togetherness through shared values. This corresponds to the basic values of the Olympic movement. I find the ‘togetherness’ particularly moving when meeting the athletes of Special Olympics,” says Dany Gehrig, CEO of Globetrotter Travel Service AG.

“The partnership with Globetrotter helps us to optimally carry out the trips of our delegations to the World Games and to offer a family and guest program. It is a great pleasure to work with the motivated employees of Globetrotter. We look forward to the future,” says Bruno Barth, National Director Special Olympics. For the Special Olympics World Winter Games Italy 2025, Globetrotter will organize and accompany a family and fan trip in addition to trips for the athletes.
