If one or more criteria are met, a new Basic Course Certificate will be automatically issued after 4 years. No new certificate will be issued before the 4-year period expires.
If data is missing, the Basic Course Certificate cannot be automatically extended. If the extension criteria have been met and no new certificate has been sent, an application for extension can be submitted.
