The cross-country race took place in Hoch Ybrig on February 10, 2024, as the Einsiedler Skimarathon was canceled due to lack of snow. The support from Hoch-Ybrig AG, Urs Keller, and the Restaurant Bärghus, Helen Reichlin, was heartfelt.
Despite the new conditions, the competition ran smoothly thanks to the well-coordinated team of helpers. 29 athletes competed for medals, accompanied by families and supervisors. After the award ceremony in the Bärghus, the event ended.
Everyone favored keeping Hoch Ybrig as an alternative venue.
