Yes, I confirm that all registered athletes are in good physical condition and, if necessary, all medical examinations (e.g. examination for atlanto-axial instability test for Trisomy 21) and measures have been taken so that they can practice their sport without injury. I am responsible and decide whether and how my athletes can practice their sport. The organizer disclaims all liability in the event of accidents and injuries.

I agree that photos and film recordings taken in connection with Special Olympics Switzerland (SOSWI) events may be used by Special Olympics Switzerland and its partners for non-commercial communication purposes (such as information flyers, annual magazines, and branding material) without any claim to compensation. I confirm that I have informed the athletes and accompanying persons registered by me that photos and film recordings of them may be taken during the event and that they agree to this. SOSWI guarantees that the images will not be used in a distorted or discriminatory manner and that the dignity and integrity of the athletes are protected at all times.
I confirm that I am authorized to register athletes and accompanying persons for this Discovery Day and to provide the personal data required for the Registration. I agree that my personal data and that of the persons registered by me will be used exclusively for the following purposes: for internal communication by SOSWI, and for order processing at the SOSWI Discovery Day by SOSWI and the respective organizer. SOSWI guarantees that the data will be treated confidentially and will not be used for commercial purposes. I can revoke my consent to the use of my data at any time with effect for the future. Upon receipt of the revocation notice, the data may no longer be processed and must be deleted immediately. Special Olympics Switzerland is committed to healthy, fair, and successful sport. It lives these values by treating others with respect and acting and communicating transparently. Special Olympics Switzerland recognizes the ‘Ethics Charter’ of Swiss Sports and disseminates its principles to its partners.
In this spirit, the Board of Trustees of Special Olympics Switzerland has decided to recognize and adhere to the Ethics Statute of Swiss Sports. The Ethics Statute is binding for Special Olympics Switzerland itself, its employees, committee members, sub-organizations (e.g., competition organizers, LOCs of Games, support associations), athletes, coaches, caregivers, doctors, and officials participating in Special Olympics Switzerland events.
The person making this Registration also accepts the Ethics Statute on behalf of all other persons registered by them. In Special Olympics competitions, the doping provisions of the Ethics Statute do not apply in this form. Any medication must be taken for health reasons and not for unauthorized performance enhancement.
Alleged violations of the Ethics Statute are investigated by Swiss Sport Integrity. The Disciplinary Chamber of Swiss Sports is responsible for assessing and sanctioning established violations of the Ethics Statute. The Disciplinary Chamber applies its procedural rules. Decisions of the Disciplinary Chamber can be appealed, to the exclusion of state courts, within 21 days of receipt of the reasoned decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne.
