On Saturday, October 26, 2024, on a crisp autumn morning, a total of 17 teams from all over Switzerland gathered from 7:30 a.m. at the Hard triple gymnasium in Langenthal. The goal of all teams: the 17th edition of the Special Olympics Floorball Hard Tournament.
This year the tournament took place for the first time with 17 teams… – even more teams would have liked to come, but unfortunately the space conditions speak against it.
All participants present gave it their all throughout the day and of course tried to take the coveted, large trophies home with them.
As tradition dictates, at the end of the day at the award ceremony, all participants received a gift and each team was allowed to take a trophy home!
In good spirits, after an intensive day and a delicious lunch, the teams slowly left the hall after 4:00 p.m. and it became quieter again in the Hard.
Many thanks to all the teams and their coaches, who are doing an incredible job! We would also like to thank all the volunteer helpers, referees and sponsors who made an unforgettable day possible for everyone involved.
