The football tournament took place in St. Gallen on June 22, 2024.
The tournament started at 10:00 AM, led by Peter Eggenberger and Silvia Heeb.
Matches were played on 2 grass pitches. The group division with Category A + C worked perfectly. The games were played with great ambition and fairness. Close results were therefore the logical outcome. By lunchtime, each team had completed 3 games. The second round then kicked off at 1:00 PM.
Unfortunately, heavy rain and wind set in towards the end of the second half of the season. In consultation with the coaches and team representatives, it was decided not to hold any more final matches. All teams completed 6 games, and the ranking was created accordingly.
Overall, we can call it a successful tournament. The feedback from the teams certainly confirms this. In addition, the food was widely praised.
