The outsourcing of these activities, which were previously carried out in the &#8220;Inclusive Sport&#8221; department, enables the use of synergies with other stakeholders and creates new perspectives to bring together all people affected by exclusion in sports. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, Special Olympics Switzerland can once again fully concentrate on its core mission: providing movement, sports, and competition opportunities for children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual disabilities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simon Ammann, President of Special Olympics Switzerland, says: &#8220;Sport is an important instrument for public health and social cohesion in our country.
