On the occasion of the annual Kiwanis Convention, which took place in Eastern Switzerland at the beginning of September, Kurt Hartmeier Stamm was honored for his commitment to people with disabilities. <\/p>\n\n
He received the Kiwanis Prize in 2025 as a sign of appreciation for establishing Special Curling in 2015 on his own initiative, a training and competition program for people with intellectual disabilities. With unparalleled dedication, he not only established this sport, but has now even raised it to a Special Olympics level. <\/p>\n\n
We congratulate Kurt Hartmeier on this well-deserved honor.<\/p>\n\n
