Preparation began in early November at the UCI Velodrome in Aigle \u2013 a place that gives you goosebumps just by entering. Everything was new for Jan. Before these training sessions, he had no experience on the track. But with the coaching of <a href=\"https:\/\/danwieser.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dan Wieser<\/a>, he made tremendous progress in a very short time. Corners, line, rhythm \u2013 step by step, he gained confidence and speed, until he was finally able to compete in a 1-kilometer time trial in Ghent on November 21. An undeniably unforgettable experience for the young cyclist from Switzerland.      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A heartfelt thank you goes to the entire team at Velodrome Aigle for their open-mindedness, generosity, and hospitality. Also to the WCC Sprinter Team, with whom we were allowed to share the track.
