The World Games are a unique highlight for athletes and coaches. They take place every two years, in the years following the National Games. They are the world’s most important sporting event for people with disabilities.
The selection of the delegation is made by the Sports Commission and is based on the selection concept. A prerequisite for possible selection for the World Games is participation in the National Games taking place in the previous year.
World Summer Games
The next World Summer Games will take place from October 16–24, 2027* in Santiago de Chile, Chile.
